Job Position : PRINCIPAL Civil DESIGNERS

Job Description / Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in engineering or design. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas design engineering, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in design software including Micro Station, Auto CAD, SP3D, PDMS, PDS, and E3D. Strong knowledge of discipline-specific layouts and deliverables. Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards, international engineering codes, and industry best practices. Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage. Lead and manage a team of Senior Designers and Draftsmen across multiple disciplines. Plan, assign, and oversee daily design tasks to ensure timely project delivery. Review and verify the accuracy and consistency of engineering drawings across disciplines. Maintain cost-effective practices when updating or creating engineering documents. Ensure high-quality, presentable, and accurate drawings that meet project and client standards. Identify and manage interface points between disciplines throughout the design lifecycle.
