Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient, and reusable code Lead front-end architecture decisions and ensure adherence to best practices Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and product managers Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Mentor and support junior and mid-level front-end developers Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and industry trends Ensure applications meet accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards
Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in front-end development Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script (ES6+) Extensive experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend service integration Proficiency with version control systems (Git) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills
