About the Role
Al-Qasi International Contracting Company announces a job opportunity for a Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This vital role requires full commitment to safety standards and is classified as a full-time position. We are seeking a candidate with practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of occupational health and safety to be a key part of the company's efforts to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Job Purpose
The main objective of this role is to directly supervise the implementation of all laws, regulations, and safety and health instructions within the company facilities. This includes monitoring environmental factors, investigating potential accidents and injuries, and developing and implementing preventive procedures. The incumbent aims to create a risk-free work environment, ensuring the safety and health of all employees.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Monitor the application of laws and regulations and safety and health instructions across all facilities.
- Conduct periodic and emergency inspections at worksites, record results, and compare them with approved standards.
- Prepare and use equipment for measuring environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration, document results, and follow up on hazards.
- Prepare incident investigation materials, conduct necessary investigations, and document results accurately.
- Draft safety and occupational health instructions and procedures, including safe work instructions and evacuation procedures, and raise awareness among workers about them.
- Prepare and submit regular work reports, document and preserve them to ensure complete records and reference.
Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience ranging between two to five years in the field of occupational health and safety.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to safety and occupational health.
- Ability to use environmental measurement devices and analyze data.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

- إعداد تعليمات وإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية، بما في ذلك تعليمات العمل الآمن وتعليمات الإخلاء، وتوعية العاملين بها.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل الدورية، وتوثيقها وحفظها لضمان سجلات كاملة ومرجعية.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
