The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Leads the delivery of digital services across client projects and programmes, providing discipline leadership, people management and strategic direction. Drives excellence through ownership and development of digital center of excellence initiatives, contributing to best practice, innovation and continuous improvement across Mace.

You’ll be responsible for:

•    Direct ICT governance, technical assurance, and design compliance across venues and infrastructure projects.
•    Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver integrated, high-quality digital solutions.
•    Oversee ICT implementation, testing, commissioning, and systems integration to ensure operational readiness.
•    Drive successful handover and sustainable delivery, supporting Mace’s net zero carbon ambitions.
•    Manage the delivery of digital strategies and solutions across projects and programmes, ensuring client-focused outcomes.
•    Provide technical leadership, governance, and oversight across multiple digital disciplines and project stages.
•    Build, manage, and develop high-performing teams, fostering capability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•    Manage digital budgets, delivery performance, and centre of excellence contributions, supporting Mace’s net zero ambitions.

You’ll need to have:

•    Relevant degree in electrical engineering, IT, computer science, or a related discipline.
•    Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, BICSI); chartership desirable.
•    Extensive experience delivering ICT infrastructure on complex programmes.
•    Strong expertise in governance, systems integration, and stakeholder management.
•    Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
