تسعى شركة ميندراي إلى تعيين مهندس تكامل IVD للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل محورية في التثبيت والنشر والتنفيذ، وتدريب المستخدمين، والدعم الفني لحلول معلومات المختبرات. تتطلب الخبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات وتشمل قيادة تكامل الأنظمة واختبار الواجهات، وتحديد المشكلات الفنية، وخدمة كحل تقني رئيسي.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة التثبيت والنشر والتنفيذ، وتدريب المستخدمين، والدعم الفني لحلول معلومات المختبرات.
- قيادة تكامل الأنظمة واختبار الواجهات مع أنظمة المستشفى HIS وLIS وEMR وأنظمة طرف ثالث أخرى.
- التواصل الفعّال مع أقسام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المستشفى والبائعين من الأطراف الثالثة والفرق الفنية لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- استكشاف مشكلات البرمجيات وقواعد البيانات والخادم والشبكة، بالتنسيق مع مراكز البحث والتطوير والدعم الفني في المقر لحل المشكلات المعقدة.
- العمل كحلقة وصل تقنية رئيسية بين الفرع المحلي والمقر، وتقديم ملاحظات العملاء وتحديثات المشروع لدفع تحسين المنتج المستمر.
- تعزيز رضا العملاء ودعم نمو أعمال معلوماتية الرعاية الصحية الإقليمية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- إلمام بأنظمة معلومات الرعاية الصحية مثل LIS وHIS وEMR، بالإضافة إلى مشاريع تكامل الأنظمة.
- خبرة في خوادم Windows/Linux وقواعد بيانات PostgreSQL ومفاهيم الشبكات الأساسية.
- قدرات قوية في التكامل النظامي، واستكشاف مشكلات الواجهات، وحل المشكلات الفنية.
- مهارات اتصال وتنسيق وخدمة عملاء وتعاون عابر للثقافات قوية.
الخبرة المفضلة
- خبرة في صناعة IVD أو معلوماتية المختبرات أو تنفيذ مشاريع دولية.

About the Role
Mindray is seeking an IVD Integration Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions. The role requires 5-10 years of experience and involves leading system integration and interface testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as a key technical liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the installation, deployment, implementation, user training, and technical support of laboratory informatics solutions.
- Lead system integration and interface testing with hospital HIS, LIS, EMR, and other third-party systems.
- Communicate effectively with hospital IT departments, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot software, database, server, and network-related issues, coordinating with headquarters R&D and technical support teams to resolve complex problems.
- Serve as the key technical liaison between the local subsidiary and headquarters, providing customer feedback and project updates to drive continuous product improvement.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of the regional healthcare informatics business.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems such as LIS, HIS, and EMR, as well as system integration projects.
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers, PGSQL databases, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong capabilities in system integration, interface troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the IVD industry, laboratory informatics, or international project implementation.
