Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions. Lead end-to-end IT and digital transformation projects. Drive CRM, Mar Tech, workplace automation, and enterprise application rollouts. Manage project planning, vendors, UAT, data migration, and go-live activities. Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder communication. Build business cases, prioritize IT demand, and ensure successful project delivery. Requirements:Proven experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, or IT Project Management. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. Experience with CRM, ERP, enterprise applications, and system integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and change management. Excellent communication and project delivery skills. Essential• Bachelo R's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in a business partnering, business analysis or IT project management role.
