IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure and internet connectivity to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network equipment, including switches, routers, and other infrastructure devices. Administer and support Active Directory, user accounts, and Windows-based environments. Prepare and configure laptops and desktops for new employees, including software installation and system setup. Ensure endpoint security by managing antivirus solutions and maintaining compliance with IT security policies. Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and network devices, while maintaining accurate inventory records. Support day-to-day IT operations and provide technical assistance to end users. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technical Support. Strong command of English (written and spoken). Experience with Active Directory and Windows administration. Good understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity. Knowledge of IT security best practices and endpoint protection solutions. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skill
