As an Experienced Business Development Associate, you will manage a broader set of leads and client relationships, while mentoring newer team members on best practices.???? What You'll Own Manage a larger portfolio of leads and active opportunities Independently run client meetings and follow-up conversations Refine proposals and pitch materials based on client feedback Support onboarding and guidance for junior BD team members Provide regular pipeline updates and insights to management✅ What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field4+ years of experience in business development, with a track record of hitting targets Strong client relationship management skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Fluent in Arabic, professional English????
