Job description

Conduct once a month Field Audits as scheduled to ensure the Hygienne and safety compliance .

Escort Aramco and Third Party Audits to represent Rezayat and address the non conformities by appropriate closure .

Update the HSE data , non conformities and control the inputs to facilitate ISO 22000-2015 Standard& IMS requirements 

Responsible for all documentation update through the concerned department to ensure all SOP's and PRP's and work instructions are followed to maintain ISO 22000 Standardand IMS .

Investigate the food and personel related non conformances for food production and service areas and preparation of an investigation report for management to identify root cause .

Plan and conduct Management review meeting with identified data for review with Management and Stake Holders .

Conduct staff traiining at appropriate intervals on food Safety anf Hygiene .

Skills

Degree OR Masters in Micro Biology OR food Technology 

Level 4  HACCP , ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor Training Training , ISO 45000 Lead Auditor Training 

Power Point Presentation , Report writing , ISO System understanding , Aramco codes awareness .Training Skills 

Communication Skills 

Awareness on environmental standards , Driving skills on remote areas
