We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Director to join a leading developer and oversee the planning and delivery of major real estate projects. This role will be responsible for driving project strategy, managing procurement and commercial processes, and ensuring effective control of budgets, contractor claims, and EOTs (Extensions of Time).
Requirements:18–20+ years of experience managing large-scale, multi-billion-dollar real estate or mixed-use developments. Strong experience working in the UAE/GCC market. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
