Additional requirements include experience in the Riyadh area, a valid driving license, and the capability to travel to client sites.

Skills

2-4 years of experience in sales within the construction projects sector.

Experience in dealing with clients and projects (B2B).

Knowledge of the local (Saudi) market and competitors.

Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Professional presentation and evaluation skills.

Additional requirements include experience in the Riyadh area.

Valid driving license.

Ability to travel and visit sites and clients.

Having a car is preferred.
