About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of landmark high-rise developments. The role will oversee projects from design development through construction readiness and delivery transition, ensuring alignment between design, budget, schedule, and commercial objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project performance and deliver high-quality developments. Key Responsibilities Development Management

• Lead assigned high-rise development projects through all key development stages.

• Prepare project execution strategies, milestones, and development action plans

• Drive coordination across design, technical, commercial, procurement, and delivery functions.

• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with approved objectives. Design & Technical Coordination

• Manage coordination of complex high-rise design requirements, including structural systems, façades, MEP, vertical transportation, fire and life safety systems, parking, access, and operational considerations.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and specialist advisors to ensure design integration and quality. Cost, Schedule & Risk Management

• Support project budgeting, cost planning, and Total Development Cost (TDC) management.

• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address cost, schedule, authority, and delivery challenges. • Ensure timely reporting of project performance, risks, and key decisions. Construction Readiness & Delivery Support

• Support tender preparation, procurement activities, contractor onboarding, and construction readiness reviews. • Coordinate issue resolution and project interfaces to facilitate successful project delivery. • Assist in maintaining project governance, stage-gate approvals, and executive reporting processes. 

Skills

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

• 12–15 years of experience in high-rise, mixed-use, or large-scale real estate developments.

• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design and development teams.

• Strong understanding of development management, design coordination, construction processes, and project controls.

• Experience of working with consultants, contractors, authorities, and senior stakeholders.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, RICS, PE, or equivalent are preferred.
