Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Must have a Bachelor Degree in Educational Leadership
• Curriculum Background: Preferred to be UK/US but may consider others
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication (English required, Arabic preferred)
• Experience with international school accreditation standards
• Ability to integrate technology and innovation in education
• Cultural awareness and commitment to Islamic values
• Experience in girls school leadership in Saudi Arabia or GCC
• Familiarity with bilingual education systems
