Roles & Responsibilities

Installing, programming, testing and repairing electronics and communication equipments, including but not limited to:
Optical fiber cable networks and transmission terminal equipment; - PABX switching networks (both digital & analogue); - CCTV surveillance systems; - Computerized access control systems; - Computerized building management systems; - Fire alarm detection systems; - Local Area Network (LAN) data transmission systems; - Public address systems; - Trunked radio systems; - Stand-by power systems; - Voice logging equipment

Making field testing s to determine cause of interruptions or interferences in operation.

Planning, reviewing and prioritizing the work; maintaining knowledge of current and emerging communication technologies.

Care and maintenance of all specialized tools and equipments allocated either as long-term loan or personal issue.

Adhering to ACGC / Client Tool Control Procedures, as and when required.

Assisting in the execution of the training program among Saudi Trainees, whenever required.

Working with limited supervision.

Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues.

Performing any other tasks as may be required.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a 2- to 4-year technical or technology-related course(required), relevant to respective field of work. (Electronics or Communications Technology)
Candidates must have relevant experience in Operations and Maintenance projects
At least 3 years working experience preferably in Telecommunications company as Fire Alarm Technician.
Knowledge of Principles, Theory, Methods, Materials, and Equipment used in the operation and maintenance of electronic communications systems.
Experience in Fire alarm detection systems, Optical fiber cable, PABX switching, and Local Area, CCTV networks.
Not more than 50 years old.
