SUMMARY OF THE ROLE We are looking for a Maintenance and Projects Manager based in Dammam, reporting to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will lead and manage Maintenance by enhancing its developments based on Jotun s values and in accordance with local, regional and corporate objectives and guidelines, to ensure right equipment reliability, maintain HSEQ standards whilst optimising maintenance cost.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Maintenance team by providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure a competent, engaged, and high-performing workforce that meets current and future business needs.
• Manage and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, asset integrity, optimal plant performance, and minimal unplanned downtime through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, legal requirements, and company policies, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, the Jotun Operations System (JOS), and maintenance of critical HSE installations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by utilizing JOS tools, maintaining the Belt program and assessment requirements, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Manage maintenance resources and systems, including Computerized Maintenance Management System "CMMS "administration, maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, budgets, service contracts, and contractor performance.
• Support capital projects and operational excellence initiatives through participation in management meetings, equipment selection, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and cross-functional improvement projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Q ualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. More than 10 years of experience in the powder coatings manufacturing industry and project management. Experience in instrumentation and automation is an added advantage. Experience in project execution and management is preferred.
