Roles & Responsibilities
Dispatch's or assign workers on their respective work station and ensures that everyone has specific task to perform with specific target of accomplishment. Monitor, records and submit report of actual man-hour consumed for each process of production order per worker. Check that work process are being executed in correct and safe manner in accordance company quality standard abd safety rules and regulation. Report all damage tools and equipment's to prevent accident, machine breakdown and decrease production out put. Provide couching assistance to the workers to improve the skills to minimize the man-hour and improved production rate. Prepare worker's work attitude and performance report.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school or Technical training course Diploma
- employment certificate Welding; metal fabrication; machine operation
- Good moral attitude; team player and proactive
- Can read fabrication blue print or drawing; conversant in measurement; with good command of English communication; familiar with computer operation but not mandatory
