STORE KEEPER (CONSTRUCTION) Join a leading team at one of Saudi Arabia’s most prestigious mega-projects! We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Store Keeper to manage site logistics and inventory at our NEOM/Amaala project site. Location: Amaala, NEOMJob Type: Full-time Industry: Construction / Civil & Architectural Works Experience: 3–5 Years JOB OVERVIEWAs a Store Keeper, you will be the backbone of our site logistics, responsible for the end-to-end management of Civil and Architectural materials. You will ensure seamless inventory flow using the Odoo ERP system and oversee warehouse operations to support project timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInventory Management (Odoo ERP): Perform all material transactions including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issuances within the Odoo system. Material Verification: Verify all incoming items against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Notes to ensure accuracy. Quality Control (Status Tagging): Implement strict "Status Tagging" for materials: Yellow (Pending), Green (Approved/After MIR), and Red (Rejected/Quarantined). Stock Optimization: Monitor inventory levels and proactively recommend available warehouse stock to the project team before new purchases are initiated. Warehouse Oversight: Manage daily labor activities, ensuring safe material handling and proper storage of sensitive items (e.g., environmental protection for chemicals/cement). Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular stock audits and maintain the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle for all inventory. REQUIREMENTSExperience: 3–5 years in construction storekeeping, specifically with Civil and Architectural materials. System Skills: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar advanced inventory management software. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and material submittal workflows. Communication: Strong coordination skills to interface with Project Teams and the Supply Chain Manager.
