We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist and prefer individuals with disabilities to join our team in an inclusive work environment that embraces everyone's skills, where you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of human resources and implementing the company's policies and procedures. Your main tasks will include: processing employee requests, managing and updating employee files, coordinating recruitment and selection processes, monitoring attendance and departure, and preparing periodic reports for upper management. We look forward to working with someone who has strong organizational skills and experience in using modern human resource management systems.
