Position Summary: Infrastructure Engineer works under Project Delivery organization with primary role to support infrastructure-related project activities from design to implementation. He/she will be responsible for sizing/planning, installation, maintenance, and support for On-Premise and/or Cloud environments. Infrastructures include development, prototyping, testing, training, and production environments as applicable for each project. The support includes but not limited to virtualization, segmentation, and firewall / security configuration to ensure reliability, security, and optimized life-cycle performance necessary for installed solutions. Also, Infrastructure Engineer is expected to work with cross-functional delivery teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS). Perform patch management, vulnerability assessment, and remediation across servers Develop installation manuals. Administer and configure firewalls, VPNs, and security policies to protect enterprise networks. Manage software deployment and updates Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability and disasterrecovery readiness. Implement and enforce IT security best practices, compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Collaborate with security and network teams to address threats, alerts, and vulnerabilities Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshootingsteps. Understanding of network protocols, security principles, and server hardening techniques. Experience with backup/recovery solutions Responsible for maintaining and monitor infrastructure health. Responsible for maintaining and update IT security base line documents. Responsible for setting up Production, Development and QA environments. Qualifications & Requirements: Academic: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or similar field. Experience: Minimum of 5 Years experience involving infrastructure design and deployment for complex applications. Operating Systems: Experience in Windows and/or Linux (tools like Ubuntu, Redhat, Cent OS, etc.) server OS’s. Virtualization: Experienced in tools such as VMWare / Microsoft Hyper V and KVM. Experienced in virtualization of network, data centers, and storage management. Saudi National. Experienced in cloud migration.
