Job description
Responsibilities:
* Manage and plan the project from inception to final delivery.
* Monitor the project schedule and ensure the execution of tasks according to the specified budget.
* Coordinate between different parties (consultants, contractors, suppliers).
* Manage risks and provide technical and engineering solutions to site-related issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
* Experience of at least 8 years in managing construction projects.
* PMP certification is preferred.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams.

1. Technical and Engineering Skills (Hard Skills)
- Reading Engineering Drawings: Ability to understand architectural, construction, and MEP drawings to guide work teams.
- Knowledge of Construction Materials and Costs: Extensive knowledge of market prices, material quality, and modern procurement methods to ensure cost efficiency.
- Understanding of Regulations and Building Codes: Comprehensive knowledge of local regulations, civil defense, Saudi building code (or applicable local code), and property zoning procedures.
- Proficiency in Engineering Software: Such as Microsoft Project or Primavera (for schedule management), and drafting software like AutoCAD or Revit.
2. Personal and Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)
- Determination and Ability to Manage Stakeholders: Strong and flexible interaction with site environment and contractors to ensure compliance with standards.
- High Negotiation Skills: To manage contractual disputes with contractors and suppliers and achieve the best prices and quality.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make quick and sound decisions when encountering errors in execution or budget shortfalls.
