Qualification and Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards
- Proven B2B sales and client management skills
- Ability to prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals
- Experience conducting site visits and understanding project needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
