We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry at our Al Ma'athar office in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting clients, and handling inquiries, all while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them warmly and professionally.
  2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members, optimizing their time and resources.
  4. Maintain an organized reception area and ensure that all office supplies are stocked and available.
  5. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to support the team effectively.
  6. Handle client inquiries and provide information about our real estate services, fostering positive relationships.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  8. Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols for the office.
  9. Assist in organizing company events and meetings, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  10. Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as required.

Preferred Candidate:
