• Managing, developing, and maintaining 3D authoring platforms and/ or modelling of the project in multiple platforms;
• Demonstrated leadership and team building skills and track record in Quality Control implementation. Must be a committed team player.
• Advanced graphical, illustration and documentation skills;
• Advanced knowledge of implementing BIM strategies beyond 3D modelling and clash detection to include sophisticated element and member tagging, data management and overall BIM understanding and system skills;
• Advanced skills and understanding of REVIT and/or CIVIL 3D modelling/ visibility issues, Navisworks for undertaking clash detection, Clash Detection Reporting and BIM 360 software and approaches for model collaboration;
• Knowledge and ability to lead team coordination discussions, provide senior BIM leadership and display relevant model content/ views and to be able to help team members with parametric modelling strategies in REVIT and CIVIL 3D;

Skills
• A BSc engineering degree in an appropriate engineering discipline from a highly reputable and recognised university;
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience of advanced usage of REVIT, CIVIL 3D, BIM and VDC technologies, with hands-on experience in AEC, media, and entertainment and/ or manufacturing business driving the adoption of design authoring and collaborative tools;
• A minimum of 3 years as a BIM Coordinator providing leadership and guidance to a team of multi-disciplinary BIM Modelers.
