Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technician / Mechanic to join our After Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance accurately and efficiently.

• Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.

• Support the Workshop Controller in day-to-day operations within the Luxury Car facility.

• Interact directly with customers, ensuring clear communication and high service quality.

• Follow safety procedures and adhere to company, manufacturer, and industry standards.

• Maintain workshop quality records, including CEM data and audit logs.

• Ensure “fixed right first time” performance and minimize repeat service visits.

• Meet all repair deadlines and productivity targets set by management.

Skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Diploma or vocational training in automobile mechanics is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
