 is seeking experienced freelance Event Managers and Event Business Development Managers located in Saudi Arabia for future collaboration on exciting upcoming projects.

We deliver high-impact exhibitions, conferences, and cultural events with a focus on creativity, precision, and audience engagement. We are building a pool of top talent to join us on a freelance basis for short-term and project-based assignments.

Qualifications:

• Based in Saudi Arabia with the ability to travel locally as needed
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, or conferences
• Proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events
• For Business Development Managers: experience in client acquisition, sponsorships, and partnerships in the events industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
