Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance teams and daily repair activities.
  • Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Report progress and maintenance records to management.

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ proven experience as a Foreman in residential or facilities management.
  • Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
