نبحث عن مدير مشروع متمرس لقيادة مشاريع التطوير العقاري واعمال الإنشاءات من مرحلة التخطيط حتى التسليم النهائي، وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية، الميزانية، ومعايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
• إعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع باستخدام MS Project أو Primavera.
• إدارة فرق العمل والمقاولين والاستشاريين لضمان سير المشروع بكفاءة.
• مراقبة الميزانية والمصروفات وإعداد التقارير الدورية للإدارة.
• الإشراف على جودة التنفيذ والتأكد من الالتزام بالكود السعودي والمعايير الهندسية.
• إدارة المخاطر وحل المشكلات لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
المتطلبات:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع العقارية أو الإنشائية.
• شهادة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية (أو ما يعادلها).
• إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع (MS Project / Primavera).
• يفضل حاملو شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها.
• مهارات قيادية واتصال عالية.
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Lead and coordinate teams, contractors, and consultants for efficient project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and engineering quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera software.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
