Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE), or ITIL Foundation.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or coordination roles.
- Strong background in hardware/software troubleshooting and user support.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Familiar with Active Directory, printer/scanner setup, and remote desktop support tools.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Understanding of IT security protocols and data protection practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Good documentation and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support across departments.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and services.
- Support implementation of IT policies and ensure compliance with security standards.
