Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, and maintaining both physical and electronic files.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring its security.
  • Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Event Planning: Coordinating and organizing events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Maintaining office supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
