Responsibilities
• Provide industry leadership and management of all leisure sales activities, including: participation in budget creation and management; researching and fully developing market segment targets; development and execution of sales campaigns, and industry interaction
• Primary external responsibility is the promotion of leisure products and services. Secondary internal responsibility is the promotion of sales culture and ensuring that sales and cross-selling are done to reach individual and team sales goals
• Maintains positive and cooperative relationships with clients, hotels, tour operators, agencies, partners, and suppliers on coordinated sales efforts, including contracting
• Perform strategic sales and marketing plans to establish departmental sales goals, develop sales and marketing materials, brand tradeshow presence,e and promotions to increase sales
• Meet or exceed bottom-line goals as determined by the sales and marketing strategy
• Research, identify, work with, and solicit tour operators, tour guides, events, and any potential leisure opportunity
• Search and develop tour packages competitively
• Plan, scope specification,s and monitor the complete development process of digital solutions related to the hospitality sector, including mobile apps, smart door solutions, and any other digital hospitality solutions
• Maintains awareness and communicates activities and trends in the leisure travel industry to senior management
• Initiate and, coordinate, training in response to skills and knowledge gaps
• Manage agencies and customer relationships
• Develop sales reports, procedures, and processes and ensure that sales efforts are progressing and meeting goals, targets, etc.
• Develops and conducts personal marketing and promotional visits to potential clients and makes presentations
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
• Collaborate with the Group teams
• Perform on-set KPIs
Requirements
• Proven experience as Marketing & Sales manager or relevant role
• Proven experience in digital marketing solutions
• Excellent knowledge working with OTAs
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
• 10 years’ experience in marketing
• BSc/BA in Marketing or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
