Heroz is on a mission to empower schools by making field trips easier, richer, and more accessible. As a Sales Representative – Schools, you’ll play a vital role in introducing Heroz to educational institutions and helping them bring meaningful experiences to their students.


  • Success in this role looks like building trusted relationships with school decision-makers, hitting visit and booking targets, and making Heroz the go-to platform for school activities in Jeddah. You’ll be part of a fast-growing startup that values initiative, creativity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Actively visit schools across Jeddah to introduce the Heroz platform and its value.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, activity coordinators, and school staff.

• Present Heroz clearly and professionally, helping schools understand the platform’s benefits.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for school visits and completed field trips.

• Coordinate with the operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth trip planning and execution.

• Track visits, meetings, and conversion metrics using internal tools.

  • • Collect feedback from schools to improve services and user experience.

Skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or education sector (preferred).

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel locally across Jeddah (must have a valid driver’s license).

  • • Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
