As a Quality Control (QC) Inspector/Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all materials, equipment, and construction activities meet the highest quality standards and comply with project specifications, codes, and regulations. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will help maintain the integrity of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review and verify vendor documentation, including Material Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
- Monitor and witness inspection and testing activities at vendor facilities or project sites, ensuring they are carried out as per approved procedures.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform onsite field observations of installed work, including concrete, structural steel, piping, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all personnel on-site understand and adhere to code and specification requirements.
- Notify and coordinate inspection schedules with relevant stakeholders and conduct inspections as required.
- Maintain and organize Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for materials used in the project.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, survey reports, and dossiers for submission to clients.
- Follow up with clients for inspection approvals and ensure proper documentation of Work Completion Certificates (WCC).
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
- Support the implementation of lessons learned and best practices to improve quality processes.
- Perform any other tasks or activities assigned by the QC Lead or management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- BE/BTech(Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or relevant technical qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection within construction, oil and gas, or manufacturing industries.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Relevant certifications in quality control (e.g., ISO 9001, ASNT, NDT Level II, or equivalent).
Skills

- Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and specifications (e.g., API, ASME, ASTM, ISO).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
