We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in coordinating shipments, inventory, and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and products from suppliers to customers.
• Schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping orders, customs paperwork, and inventory records.
• Resolve any shipping, inventory, or delivery issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be Saudi nationality.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar logistics or supply chain role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including shipping, inventory management, and transportation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in electrical engineering for 5 years.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have experience working in Saudi Arabia.
