Industry Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, AI or digital business operations
- Proven track record of successfully implementing e-commerce strategies for small and medium enterprises
- Training Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in delivering professional training or teaching in higher education
- Demonstrated ability to conduct interactive workshops and bootcamps
Technical Expertise
E-Commerce Platforms:
- In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- Experience in setting up and managing online stores
Digital Marketing:
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
- Understanding of growth hacking techniques for e-commerce
Data Analytics:
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation for e-commerce businesses
- Experience with e-commerce analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
AI and Machine Learning:
