WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The Project Delivery Engineer for process will manage the end-to-end delivery of the site capital project for. The projects will mainly be in process and utilities, but they will be based on a wide range of safety, quality, infrastructure, savings, and equipment improvements. They will drive the site masterplan aligned with the Unilever design teams and provide technical support to the day-to-day and reliability activities.
Become the engineering point of contact for Project Teams related to major projects of Innovation, Technology, Capability, Capacity, asset re-use and VIP by using Best Practice Tools and Processes (EPM, EEM, Project Management).
Leading Concept & Front-End Engineering Design, supporting Detailed Design, and identifying project budgets for all major projects in close conjunction with the Global Design Centres and Project leads.
Support Robotics & Automation teams by identifying best practice/fit for purpose solutions on technology.
Lead Early Equipment Management teams at key packaging projects and being as the EEM first point of contact.
Lead/support hygiene audits, gaps closure follow-up.
Support Packaging machinery skills development plan across cluster.
Knowledge management of Machinery ensuring Best Practice is effectively captured and transferred across regions and factories.
Support Category Planning to develop & implement capacity, savings and innovation agenda.
Support designing/delivering Sustainability capabilities & projects to match 2030 sustainability ambition.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
2+ years' experience in engineering/project management.
Good Knowledge of Technology and Equipment associated with an FMCG company.
Preferred
Experience with cross functional, diverse, and multicultural teams.
Experience in TPM/WCM/UMS
Skills
Excellent Communication skills.
Capex Management
Hygienic design and standards.
Good understanding of the raw &pack materials.
Knowledge of Early Product and Equipment Management (EPM/EEM)
