We are looking for a Sales Executive for one of our clients (Tech Start-up) The role entails managing and developing the sales pipeline, assessing sales opportunities, and driving multiple transactions through the sales pipeline.
The individual will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing warm leads, acquiring and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage the sales pipeline, assessing sales opportunities and advancing multiple transactions simultaneously
Follow up on warm leads and generate new leads
Acquire and maintain client relationships
Achieve sales targets for existing solutions and identify new business opportunities
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Negotiate deals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Utilize the CRM tool to document sales activities
Requirements
1-3 years experience in IT Sales
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to effectively use them to document sales activities
