execution, and operations of the company shared office spaces. This role involves

technology infrastructure, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in operations, expertise in design and execution, and experience in integrating advanced technological solutions for shared workspaces.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the shared office division in

alignment with corporate goals.

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to grow Motoon’s shared office

offerings.

  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business

development.


Design and Execution

  • Lead the design and execution of shared office spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
  • Oversee construction and fit-out projects, coordinating with designers,

architects, and contractors.

  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.


Technology Infrastructure

  • Integrate advanced technology solutions to enhance shared office operations,

including booking systems, IT infrastructure, and security.

  • Stay updated on trends in smart office technologies and implement innovations to improve user experience.


Operations Management

  • Manage daily operations of shared office spaces, ensuring high levels of

customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards for

the division.

  • Monitor and improve operational performance metrics, including occupancy

rates and profitability.


Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team to manage operations, client

relationships, and space utilization.

  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills.
