Summary
The Projects Manager is responsible for the direct operations of the project located in Makkah, including developing,
implementing and managing the contract to achieve the set SLA, client relationship and P&L.
Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities
To plan and co-ordinate all the activities related to the O&M of all the project buildings and facilities
corresponding all types of systems, scope of work...etc.
To ensure that the quality of work is in accordance with the set standards and objectives.
To maintain high staff productivity and efficiency in a highly professional / safety environment
To maintain control on financial performance, and overall cost control
To direct, supervise and monitor the project team and sub-contractors / suppliers performances.
To plan and arrange for the technical and administrative training for the staff and labor.
Personally pursue and support the project to achieve the KPIs.
Accountable for the business unit overall performance (financial and non-financial)
Executes the strategies approved by the Director of the FM
Manage Hajj season in the project.
Maintains good customer and business partner relations, including resolving any contractual issues that
cannot be resolved at lower management levels.
Develops and supervises the implementation of operational policies and procedures supporting the FM
stated strategies and objectives.
Inputs on and resolves difficult technical issues.
Ensures maximum coordination with other projects for resource optimization.
Ensures maximum coordination with centralized functions.
Brings the required level of supervision to ensure a well-functioning project.
Works as a constructive member of the team reporting to the Operations manager.
Ensure effective correspondence and communication with the client
Identifies and tracks KPIs for the projects, and devises plans and initiatives for operational / cost
improvements.
Maximize the revenue by securing additional works / scope / area to maximize the profitability
Skills
Bcs. or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Building discipline.
Preferred PMP / FMP / CFM / CEM certification
A qualified Engineer (BSc/BE) with 10 years minimum of managerial experience, out of it at least five years
in Operation and Maintenance / Facilities Management.
Saudi National age 30 – 40 years old
Based in Makkah
Speaks, reads and writes excellent Arabic and English.
Advanced MS Office skills – Word – Spread Sheets and Databases.
