The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within a manufacturing environment. This position requires a skilled individual who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of machinery to prevent downtime and enhance productivity. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
2. Perform preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and servicing of various industrial machinery, including CNC turret punch machines, bending machines, injection molding machines, press machines, and more.
3. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
5. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
7. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
8. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
