Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in the field of FMCG marketing or brand management, with a proven track record of contributing to successful campaigns and product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.

Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions across channels.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, R&D, etc.) to ensure brand alignment.

Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports.

Manage agency relationships for creative, digital, and media requirements.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.


Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in FMCG brand management.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
