Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Scalable Digital Infrastructure Development:
○ Set up and configure core business accounts on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Business.
○ Establish seamless data integration using tools like Dataddo for connectors and pipeline automation.
○ Build dynamic dashboards in Looker Studio for tracking key metrics such as clicks, attribution, ROI and customer acquisition costs.
○ Implement advanced analytics and reporting frameworks using GA4, ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
○ Automate reporting workflows for weekly and monthly performance insights.
- Digital Growth Projects:
○ Develop and execute strategies that leverage data to optimize campaign performance.
○ Design and manage lead-generation campaigns across social media and paid platforms.
○ Create KPIs and tracking methodologies to measure digital success and refine initiatives in real time.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- SEO Optimization:
○ Build the core technical SEO guidelines for an in-development website.
○ Build a comprehensive keyword universe tailored to the F&B industry.
○ Optimize on-page content and meta-data to improve search rankings.
○ Conduct technical SEO audits to ensure mobile-friendliness, speed optimization, and proper indexing.
○ Use tools like SEMrush, AWR and Ahrefs to analyze competitors and track organic growth metrics.
- Social and Content Marketing:
○ Plan and execute creative campaigns to engage audiences on social platforms.
○ Develop content strategies aligned with SEO and brand goals.
○ Utilize analytics to refine content and campaign performance.
Tools and Technologies:
● Google Analytics 4 (GA4): For tracking website & app performance and attribution.
● Looker Studio: For data visualization and custom dashboards.
● Dataddo or similar: For seamless data integration across platforms.
● Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Business.
● SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs.
● CRM Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, infrastructure setup, or growth-focused roles.
● Expertise in data visualization, analytics, and digital tools.
● Proven track record in executing SEO, campaign management, and performance tracking.
● Familiarity with marketing automation and data integration tools.
