Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Project Management: Lead the technical aspects of theming, Fit-out, ID, and architectural projects from concept development to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of technical professionals, including architects, engineers, draftsmen, and other relevant staff, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of theming, Fit-out, ID, and architectural design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and installation mechanism to ensure the successful implementation of creative concepts.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and review detailed technical documentation, including drawings submittals, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Strong Knowledge of Material: Staying updated on characteristics and properties of various materials. Select the most suitable material for a particular application. Factors such as strength, durability, conductivity, weight, and cost need to be considered when choosing materials for a specific project.
Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction and installation processes, conducting site visits, reviewing progress, and resolving technical issues to ensure the alignment of design intent with on-site execution.
Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality control procedures to monitor the fabrication, assembly, and installation of theming, Fit-out, ID, and architectural elements, ensuring compliance with design standards and specifications.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to technical aspects, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry, codes, trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in theming and architecture, and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering
More than 10 years proven experience in a technical management role, preferably within the theming, Fit-out, ID and entertainment construction projects.

Strong technical knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and fabrication techniques specific to theming, Fit-out and entertainment projects.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, 3D, P6, Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, stand pro and Adobe illustrator or similar applications. Must be experienced in BIM.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Experience in working with contractors, suppliers, and vendors involved in theming, Fit-out, ID, and architectural projects.
Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
