· Due to long shipment lead time, controls of receiving of goods is mandatory.
· Proper reporting of any missing or damaged item in order to secure immediate reorder process.

· Responsible to report any kind of mishaps/problems directly to Warehouse Manager.
· Strong coordination with Fitting Coordinators.
· Making sure GRPO has made as per SOPs.
· Supervise warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
· Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution of goods and WH maintenance operations.
· On time reporting of any accidents/mishaps during operational work
· Supervising and making analysis of empty locations, as well as storage capacity of products.
· Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, cleanness, and security to building and employees
· Supervise stock control and making sure nothing has dispatched wrong to customer.
· Supervise inventory check at the end of each business year, carry out random check on stock level against inventory system every after 15 days.
· Collect missing item and positions to build up and maintain a handy stock of sometimes missing items to secure delivery to client.
· Execution of proper work with proper employee (Task distribution among the team)
· Coaching the team with upcoming programs with regards receiving/dispatching/storing of products.
· Responsible for cross-checking the reports, made by the data admins.
· Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
Skills
· Essential: diploma in related field
· Preferred:
· Leadership skills to run a multi culture team.
· Able to give clear directions to direct reports, workers in their tasks.
· Able to improvise, customer committed, does his utmost to secure the supply on the day.
· Planning skills, look ahead and make sure all information that might impact WH operations are available and appropriate actions are planned.
· Report any kind of shortfall in process to WH Manager and work actively on solution to avoid re-occurrence.
· Training skills to train Warehouse team on handling of goods
· Familiar with M/S office and working on different Windows Pc based systems.
