Regular Office Administration
Timely coordinate and communicate with Office Manager from NARI Headquarter.
Minimum Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management, or a related field.
- One year or more of Administrative work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for :
• Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks;
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings;
• Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports;
• Issue Invitation Letter to any colleague from NARI Headquarter;
• Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment;
• You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Industrial industry;
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills;
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
