Job Summary:
As a member of the Governance & Compliance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will play a key role in monitoring and evaluating the company\'s compliance with these standards and implementing governance best practices.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and non-compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Monitor changes in regulations and laws to ensure company policies are up to date.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or finance.
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in compliance or governance is a plus.
