Based in Riyadh and reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a small team and manage the development, execution, and daily oversight of marketing initiatives. Your role will be crucial in achieving strategic objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting the company's public image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business planning by crafting comprehensive marketing strategies and executing marketing plans.
- Adapt marketing strategies to respond to shifting market and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with the market research team to gather and analyze data (e.g., economic trends, competitive dynamics, customer preferences) to refine marketing strategies and enhance brand offerings.
- Assist in implementing pricing strategies that ensure the brand's competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain departmental operating systems, including policies, procedures, and information flow, to achieve objectives and uphold CSM quality and service standards.
- Define advertising goals, recommend media choices, and manage resources to ensure effective, cost-efficient campaigns targeted at the right audience.
- Provide input and recommendations for menu design and development.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and advertising agencies.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in product launches, brand awareness, market positioning, and marketing operations.
- Participate in identifying and recruiting key talent.
