Data Entry Clerk (6 month Contract)

This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, problem solving skills and time management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database (government website)
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
  • Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Provide occasional administrative support.
  • Type in data quickly and efficiently.
  • Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.


Skills

  1. Education : Diploma
  2. Experience in data entry - 6mths to 1 yr experience
  3. Experience in data entry into government websites would be added advantage (ex :QIWA)
  4. Skills :
  5. Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills
  6. Accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
  8. Organization and time management
  9. Tolerance for repetitive tasks
  10. Experience with Microsoft Excel
