- Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi construction market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Lead the development and submission of project proposals, bids, and tender responses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and achieving sales targets
- Deep knowledge of the Saudi construction market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic would be a plus
