Role Purpose

The role of the Onboarding Specialist is to enhance new hire onboarding, driving engagement, and productivity through streamlined processes, positive experiences, and effective collaboration with Staffco prospect clients and recruitment agencies across the globe.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates and international recruitment agencies by providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout the onboarding process and as per the approved SLAs of StaffCo.
  • Customer orientation: build a strong and positive relationship with customers and clients and maintain the highest level of client relationship skills to uphold StaffCo. goals.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation and credentials to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Orientation and Training: Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize candidates with company policies, procedures, and culture. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to arrange necessary training programs as required.
  • Process Management: Utilize onboarding software and tools to streamline and automate onboarding processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by candidates during the onboarding process promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from candidates regarding their onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement. Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement enhancements to the onboarding process.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and promoting open communication.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or related roles, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding best practices, compliance requirements, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or the right minimum years of experience otherwise.
