  • Good experience in operating management in residential and commercial properties.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
